Kitchen breakdown:

This kitchen has been used very occasionally and owned by people who didn’t cook very much.

All the cabinets and drawers are made of solid wood and it was obviously a very expensive kitchen to install. It was handmade by a division of Smallbone of Devizes and is in wonderful condition.

The granite worktops along the sink run are extra deep so easy to cut down to fit a new space. There is a Belfast sink in great condition with a beautiful tap. The range, made by AGA, honestly looks as though it has never been used and retails for just under £6,000.

There is full width ducted extractor above the range cooker. The Miele dishwasher is fully integrated. The large pantry unit has shelving in one side and a Beko fridge/freezer in the other side. It can go with the kitchen but doesn’t look to be of the highest quality. The kitchen needs to be removed within the next three weeks.

All 810mm from floor to underneath of worktop. All 550mm deep unless otherwise stated.

Oven Wall

High level units above oven - left to right

Cabinet 1: 400mm wide x 860mm high x 400mm deep with one cupboard and two drawers Cabinet 2: 1750 mm wide x 1470mm high (to work surface) x 910mm deep - this contains the extraction. Cabinet 3: 400mm wide x 860mm high x 400 mm deep with one. Upboard and two drawers

Pantry Unit

2280 high x 1460 wide (at widest point including top coving - 1380 across the cabinet). It is 530 deep. The left hand side has two doors and internal shelves the right hand side has an integrated fridge/freezer.

The black granite worktop under the windows is 950mm deep x 3130mm long with a cut out for the Belfast sink and drainage grooves next to the sink.

The granite worktop on the oven wall is 3420mm long with cutouts for the range cooker and the extraction unit.
