Kitchen breakdown:

The kitchen has a long run of units on the rear wall measuring 296cm in length, with 4 50 cms units (grouped together in pairs of two to create 1m wide cabinets), as well as a 45cm wide cabinet and a 45cm wide set of drawers.

Above this run, there are 6 wall cabinets, 4 of which are 50cm units (again grouped in pairs to create two 1m wide units) and two 45cm wide cabinets on either end.

Then there is a 90cm gap for a range cooker (already sold), above which is a Neff 90cm extractor hood. To the right of this is a corner group which is 190cm long and 130cm wide, with a full sized integrated Neff dishwasher, a full sized single butler sink with tap and to the right of this, a 60cm corner unit with pull-out baskets.

The butler sink is in very good condition, with slight staining around the plug. Above, there is a small 40cm wall unit, as well as a 120cm wall unit with two 60cm doors.

All wall units are 30cm in internal depth.

There’s also an island which has a worktop that is 165cm long and 90cm deep. Underneath the worktop are two sets of drawers, both 80cm wide.

In the utility room, the worktop is 196cm long along one wall, which has space for 2 freestanding units to be placed underneath. Then there is a full sized single butler sink to the left, with tap, both in very good condition with no visible marks. There’s also a 120cm wide wall unit.

All worktops are black granite and in very good condition with only minimal marks.
