"A very small chip in a work surface A very small area of door face peeling (above hob where steam has obviously had an affect) Slight deterioration of rubber seal running inside some doors.

It's all pretty minor, and your average passer by still walks in and says 'wow, love the amazing kitchen'. But because its 10 years old we aired on the negative side. It could prob be listed as a 4 or even 5. I'll send you some watsap pics of the blemishes... For a 10 year old kitchen it's in excellent condition and shows the quality of it."
